How do I return my weight loss pen?

If you’ve had an issue with your weight loss pen and our pharmacy has confirmed it can be returned, follow these steps to send it back safely.

1. Make sure the pen is secure

Place the pen in its original packaging to prevent leakage or damage during transport.

If you received your medication in our original delivery box, please reuse the same box and seal it securely for the return. If it arrived in a different box, make sure that’s properly sealed before posting.

2. Use the Royal Mail return label

Create a return label using this link: RETURN LABEL LINK

Select “Return unwanted medication” when prompted, then print the label and stick it securely to your return package.

3. Ship the package promptly

Please send your package as soon as possible, to avoid any delay in processing.
