How to send prescriptions to Halo Pharmacy

Sending prescriptions to us is quick and straightforward, with both digital and paper options available.

Using Cura EMR e-prescriptions

Prescriptions issued through Cura EMR are handled in line with UK prescribing regulations, and are sent to us digitally, with no paper needed.

Using your preferred e-prescription system

If you use a different e-prescription system, we may be able to accept prescriptions from it too. Contact us to confirm compatibility and next steps.

Sending paper or controlled drug prescriptions

We accept both standard paper prescriptions and controlled drug prescriptions.

The original prescription must reach our dispensary before we can dispense your patient’s medication. To make this easier, we can provide a pre-paid, tracked shipping label so you can send it to us safely.
