What happens after my prescription is sent for delivery?

If you or your clinic selects the delivery option for your prescription, here’s what happens next and what you can expect.

Prescription sent to Halo Pharmacy

Once your prescription is issued for delivery, it’s sent directly to Halo Pharmacy for processing.

Payment and delivery preferences

We’ll contact you with a payment link and options to choose your delivery preferences.

Same-day delivery is available for select London postcodes.

Delivery address notes

If your preferred delivery address isn’t included, your prescriber may leave the address details blank. We’ll then contact you directly to confirm the correct delivery address.

If the “Invoice Clinic” option is selected, you won’t receive a payment link. Instead, we’ll invoice your clinic directly for your medication and delivery.

Track your delivery

You’ll receive email and SMS updates, along with a tracking link, so you always know when your prescription is on its way.
