We’re here to help you 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays) with any questions you may have. To make sure your medication reaches you on time, it’s worth knowing our delivery cut-off times, these depend on the courier and their collection schedule.

Royal Mail deliveries

Dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)

Cut-off times:

• Weekdays: 4pm
• Saturday: 11am

Same-day London delivery

Same-day London delivery

Available Monday to Saturday

Payment cut-off times:

• Weekdays: 4pm
• Saturday: 12pm

Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a day we’re not delivering, will be sent on the next available day

Important

Orders placed on bank holidays or after cut-off times will be sent the next day we’re open, or when Royal Mail is next available for collection.
